1. Return Eligibility

  • Vehicles must be in the same condition as delivered, with no additional mileage or damage.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

  • The vehicle must be free from any modifications or alterations not authorized by Dripwearciteino Luxury Car Brand.

  • All original documentation, keys, and accessories must be returned.

2. Return Process

  • Customers must contact our support team to initiate a return request. The request will be reviewed, and approval is required before any vehicle can be returned.

  • Once approved, an appointment will be scheduled to inspect the vehicle’s condition.

  • If the vehicle passes inspection, the return will be processed and the customer will receive further instructions on refund options.

3. Refund Terms

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of the return being approved and completed.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

  • A restocking fee of 10% of the vehicle’s purchase price may be applied.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Vehicles sold “as-is” or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Customized or modified vehicles are non-returnable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Exchanges

  • Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.

  • Only one exchange per purchase is permitted.

  • The exchanged vehicle must be of equal or greater value, and customers are responsible for any difference in price.

6. Manufacturer Recalls

  • In the event of a manufacturer recall, customers will be directed to the manufacturer’s authorized service center for inspection and repair.

  • Refunds are not provided for manufacturer recalls; warranty coverage applies.

7. Special Circumstances

  • Returns due to undisclosed defects or damage identified at the time of delivery may be eligible for full refunds without restocking fees.

  • If a vehicle is returned due to financing issues, additional fees may apply as outlined in the financing agreement.
